1TSP FRESH GRATED GINGER
2TBSP COCONUT AMINOS ( THE NEW PRIMAL COCONUT AMINOS USED)
½ TBSP MINCED GARLIC
1 TSP SALT
½ TBSP ONION POWDER
INSTRUCTIONS:
COMBINE GROUND CHICKEN, GINGER, SALT, ONION POWDER, MINCED GARLIC, AND COCONUT AMINOS IN LARGE BOWL.
FORM CHICKEN MIXTURE, ABOUT ¼ CUP EACH, INTO MEATBALLS
LINE AIR FRYER WITH ALUMINUM FOIL
PLACE 4-6 MEATBALLS INTO AIR FRYER
SET AIR FRYER ON 370 DEGREES FOR 20 MINUTES
AT 10 MINUTES, FLIP MEATBALLS OVER. CONTINUE TO COOK FOR REMAINDER OF TIME.
REMOVE MEATBALLS AND SERVER OR SET ASIDE AND COOL FOR STORAGE.
